Service Description

• Roboto.fr is a SaaS platform for AI-powered content creation, driven by conversation: the user describes what they want, Roboto announces what it will produce and what it will cost, and only produces after agreement.
• Features: conversational Creative Studio (projects, reference boards, storyboards, character and set continuity), image generation and editing, short video generation, synthetic voiceovers, voice dictation, and programmatic access via MCP server.
• AI models: the model catalog may evolve (provider change, new version) without modifying these terms. The applicable credit pricing is the one displayed in the product at the time of generation.
• Target audience: entrepreneurs, content creators, marketing teams, agencies.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.

Subscription Offers

Each subscription includes an allowance of creative credits. These credits go into a single balance: they are spent on images, videos, or voiceovers, depending on what you generate. The equivalences below are therefore alternatives, not cumulative: they show, for the same allowance, what you can produce if you use it entirely for one purpose.

The cost of a generation is set by the current rate card, which you can consult at any time from your customer area. As of 09/09/2026, an image costs 2 credits and an 8-second video 25 credits. This rate card may change with the artificial intelligence models used; the credit allowance of your plan, however, remains the one from your subscription.

Subscription, Payment and Cancellation

• 1. Effective date and billing: The subscription takes effect and is billed as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no trial period or waiting period. The amount charged is the one shown on the payment page, after any discount.
• 2. Credit allocation: Your first allowance of creative credits is credited to your account immediately after payment. For a monthly subscription, the allowance is renewed at each monthly billing cycle. For an annual subscription, paid in one lump sum, credits are allocated each month for twelve months, up to the monthly allowance of the corresponding plan; the total announced for the year corresponds to the sum of these twelve allocations and is not made available at once.
• 3. Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen), at the rate in effect at the time of subscription, until you cancel it.
• 4. Right of withdrawal:
  • By subscribing, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and the immediate availability of your first credit allowance. You acknowledge that, as a result, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as this performance begins, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code relating to the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium.
  • Credits already used are neither taken back nor refunded.
• 5. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your customer area (“Subscription” > “Cancel”). Cancellation stops the renewal: you keep full access to the service and your credits until the end of the period already paid for. As long as this period is running, you can reactivate renewal with one click.
• 6. No pro-rata refund: No partial refund is made for the current period, for any reason (non-use, early cancellation), in accordance with the waiver of the right of withdrawal provided for in article 4. For an annual subscription, all credits are not made available at once: they are allocated each month for twelve months, as indicated in article 2. Cancelling an annual subscription does not interrupt these allocations: the remaining monthly allocations of the period already paid for continue to be credited until its end.
• 7. Payment failure: If a payment fails at a billing cycle, access to subscription credits is suspended until the situation is resolved. Without resolution, the subscription is closed.

Prepaid Top-ups (One-time Purchase)

A top-up is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. It adds creative credits to your balance, in the same single pool as those from your subscription, and at the same rate.

• Prepaid credits: permanent, with no expiration. They are kept if you cancel your subscription.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The "INSTANT CINEMA", "PRO VISUALS" and "SOCIAL DOMINATION" packs, previously offered, are no longer sold. Credits acquired under these packs remain valid and usable with no time limit.

Credit System

• Subscription credits: reset each month according to your plan.
• Unused subscription credits: not carried over to the next month.
• Prepaid credits: permanent, with no expiration date.
• Text: unlimited on all paid plans.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment

• Processor: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)
• Accepted methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA.
• Roboto does not store credit card data.
• Billing: invoices available in your customer area.
• VAT: prices include VAT (French VAT included if applicable).

Intellectual Property

• Roboto.fr holds all rights to: source code, trademark, design, interface, templates.
• The user retains rights to: prompts, uploaded files, input content.
• AI-generated content: a non-exclusive license granted to the user for commercial and personal use.
• No guarantee of uniqueness of generated content.
• Prohibited: reverse engineering, scraping, resale of access, use to train competing AI.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
• Harassment, threats, incitement to violence.
• Malicious or non-consensual deepfakes.
• Spam, phishing, fraud.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Violation of copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to circumvent limits or abuse credits.

Moderation and Suspension

• Roboto reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of the Terms of Service.
• Report abuse: abuse@roboto.fr
• No refunds in case of suspension for violation.

Limitation of Liability

• AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable.
• The user is solely responsible for verifying content before publication.
• Roboto is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.
• Service provided "as is", availability best effort.
• Maintenance and interruptions may occur without notice.

Availability

• Availability target: 99% (excluding scheduled maintenance).
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance notifications when possible.

Governing Law and Disputes

• French law applies.
• Competent court: Courts of Paris.

Changes to the Terms of Service

• Roboto may modify the Terms of Service at any time.
• Notification by email or on the site 30 days before they take effect.
• Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance.
